Our title sequence

Title sequence-

As a group we were discussing ideas on what to do for out title sequence and how to possibly make our film more thriller-y. After researching the title sequence for American Horror Story and watching the different main title sequences we decided upon recreating the title sequence of AMH season 1. This would involve /involves a number of ‘unusual’ images of bloody models or skulls. 2 of us within the group decided on taking on the task of making this title sequence. Having taken photography as another subject we found that we had some images/photographs at hand that we could use. Playing around on photoshop we found a way displaying each images, with a bright white flash separating each image which we thought would fit in well with our coma idea and symbolise the bright white lights of hospitals.

The images we are using do not fit in completely with our film idea yet we think they fit in well with the thriller concept as they are rather creepy and uncomfortable looking. Similarly to season 1 of AHS, not all objects or photographs matchup with the concept of our film and are rather mixed up yet we thought that the confusion added something different to out film.

Here is an example of the images we decided to use in our title sequence...
